These Terms apply to all registered users, individual developers, external client applications, and site visitors.

2. Definitions

To establish clarity throughout this Agreement, the following terms hold defined meanings:

• "Brive": The storage bridge and media management platform operated by Blogger Mind, located at https://brive.bloggersminds.com/.
• "User": Any individual, business entity, or automated software agent accessing or using Brive or its API.
• "Account": A registered profile used to manage storage connections, view media assets, or generate API keys.
• "Google Drive Integration": The user-authorized connection between Brive and a user’s Google Drive account via Google OAuth 2.0.
• "Media": Image, video, document, or asset files uploaded, stored, indexed, managed, or served through Brive.
• "API": The Brive Application Programming Interface (https://brive.bloggersminds.com/api/v1/media) and developer tools.
• "API Key": A secret authentication credential issued to a registered developer/application.
• "Agreement": The collective legal framework comprising these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

To use Brive, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old in jurisdictions where legal privacy regulations prescribe higher minimum ages).
• If you access Brive on behalf of a company, organization, or legal entity, you warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
• You are not barred from accessing or using our Services under applicable international laws, sanctions, or export regulations.

4. Permitted Use and Scope of Service

Brive grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You may connect your authorized Google Drive storage to Brive, upload and manage media files, generate API keys, integrate Brive into external applications via our API within applicable rate limits, and distribute canonical public media URLs for lawful, authorized purposes.

5. Prohibited Activities & Abuse Prevention

You agree not to engage in any abusive or prohibited behavior on Brive. Violations may result in media deletion, API key revocation, storage disconnection, or immediate account termination. Prohibited activities include:

• Illegal Content: Uploading, storing, or serving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual imagery, terrorist propaganda, or content that promotes illegal acts.
• Malware & Exploits: Uploading malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, phishing scripts, or malicious executable payloads.
• System Attacks: Attempting to probe, scan, breach, execute SQL injections, conduct Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), launch Denial-of-Service attacks, or compromise Brive infrastructure.
• Rate Limit Circumvention: Attempting to evade or bypass rate limits, concurrency controls, or upload size limits via IP rotation, multiple fake accounts, or distributed botnets.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access other users’ media, metadata, Google Drive tokens, or API credentials.
• Credential Theft: Stealing, sharing, or publishing secret API keys or OAuth credentials.
• Infringement: Uploading or distributing media that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or trade secrets.

6. User Accounts, Registration, and Credentials

To use Brive features, connect storage, and generate API keys, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.

• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and Brive API keys.
• Account Responsibility: You assume full liability for all actions, media uploads, and API requests executed under your account credentials.
• Notification: You must immediately notify Brive support if you detect unauthorized account access or credential compromise.

7. Google Drive Connection & Authorization Terms

Brive allows users to connect their Google Drive account as a backend storage provider.

Google Drive Integration Terms

• Third-Party Platform: Google Drive is an independent service operated by Google LLC. Connecting Google Drive to Brive occurs via Google OAuth 2.0.
• Scope Limitation: Brive requests the Google OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This scope permits Brive to create, upload, view, edit, and delete only the specific files and folders created, uploaded, or opened by Brive. Brive does not request or possess access to your broader Google Drive documents or private files.
• Authorization Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or possess valid legal rights to connect the authorized Google Drive account to Brive, and that your use complies with Google’s applicable terms.
• Third-Party Control & Availability: Google controls the availability, quotas, APIs, and policies of Google Drive. Brive cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party API availability and bears no liability for outages or policy changes initiated by Google.
• Revocation Rights: You may disconnect Google Drive in the Brive dashboard at any time, or revoke Brive’s authorization directly in your Google Account Security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

8. Brive Developer API & API Key Terms

Brive provides an API for programmatic media uploads, retrieval, and deletions. Developer documentation is published at https://brive.bloggersminds.com/developers/.

API Authentication & Key Security

• Bearer Tokens: API requests must authenticate using HTTP Bearer headers: Authorization: Bearer brv_xxxxxxxxx
• Endpoints: Main upload operations use POST https://brive.bloggersminds.com/api/v1/media.
• Server-Side Protection: Brive API keys are secret credentials. Developers must store keys exclusively on backend servers. You must never place API keys in client-side JavaScript, public HTML, mobile app binaries, or public code repositories (e.g., GitHub).
• Key Revocation: If an API key is compromised or leaked, you must immediately revoke the key in the Brive dashboard and generate a new one.

Developer Responsibilities & Rate Limits

• Developers must transmit API requests over HTTPS and implement proper response error handling (including handling HTTP 429 and Retry-After headers).
• Brive may impose configurable request-rate, upload-size, concurrency, storage, or other usage limits to maintain service stability, security, and fair use. Applicable limits may be communicated through the Brive developer documentation, API responses, response headers, or other service notices and may change as the service evolves.
• Brive reserves the right to throttle, restrict, or terminate API access for applications that generate excessive, disruptive, or abusive traffic.

9. Public Media URLs & Content Standards

Brive may generate canonical public media URLs (e.g., https://brive.bloggersminds.com/m/{media-id}) for media files configured for public access.

• Public Availability: Public media URLs are accessible over HTTPS without authentication. They are designed for embedding in websites, applications, and documents.
• No Confidential Data: You must not upload private, confidential, classified, sensitive personal information, or non-public credentials as public media.
• Creator Responsibility: You retain sole legal responsibility for ensuring you hold all necessary copyright and intellectual property rights to publicly served media.
• Takedown Authority: Brive reserves the right to immediately disable public URLs for media items that violate copyright, privacy laws, or our acceptable use rules.

10. Media Ownership & Limited Operational License

You retain all copyright, ownership, and intellectual property rights to the media files you upload to Brive.

To operate the service, you grant Brive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, index, process, retrieve, transmit, serve, and generate delivery URLs for your media solely for the purpose of providing Brive storage and API services to you and your authorized applications. This license terminates when your media or account is deleted.

11. Brive Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Brive, including platform design, API architecture, source code, logos, visual branding, and system algorithms, are owned exclusively by Blogger Mind or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, distribute, or frame Brive software without prior written consent.

12. Beta and Experimental Features

Brive may designate new storage tools, API endpoints, or features as "Beta" or "Preview". Beta features are provided "as-is" for testing purposes and may experience temporary downtime or modification without notice.

13. Third-Party Services & Google Drive Terms

Brive relies on third-party cloud infrastructure, prominently including Google Drive for connected storage operations.

• Third-party services are operated by independent companies (such as Google LLC) with their own terms and policies.
• Brive does not own, endorse, or guarantee third-party services.
• Third-party providers may change API specifications, modify quotas, or experience outages independently. Brive cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party service availability.

14. User Warranties and Representations

You represent and warrant that:

• All registration details and storage connection authorizations are accurate and truthful.
• You hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all media uploaded through Brive.
• Your use of Brive and connected Google Drive accounts complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not use Brive to distribute malware, infringe copyrights, or engage in abusive automated traffic.

15. Disclaimers of Warranties

Please read this section carefully, as it defines the scope of our operational guarantees.

BRIVE, ITS SERVICES, APIS, AND STORAGE INTEGRATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. BRIVE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT BRIVE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE, OR THAT STORED DATA OR MEDIA WILL REMAIN IMMUTABLE AND FREE FROM LOSS.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BRIVE, ITS OPERATOR BLOGGER MIND, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE BRIVE, ITS APIS, OR CONNECTED GOOGLE DRIVE ACCOUNTS.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brive, its operator Blogger Mind, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your media files or assets uploaded to Brive.
• Your breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Your violation of third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights.
• Your misuse of Brive APIs, API keys, or connected Google Drive accounts.

18. Suspension, Revocation, and Termination

Brive reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, revoke API keys, disconnect integrations, or remove media at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, abusive traffic, security risks, or legal requirements.

You may terminate your Brive account at any time via dashboard controls. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately.

19. Security Standards & Credential Protection

Brive implements HTTPS encryption, API authentication controls, and defensive measures to protect platform integrity. Users must maintain strong passwords and protect API keys. If you suspect an API key or password leak, notify Brive support immediately.

20. Responsible Security Vulnerability Disclosure

We welcome responsible security research. If you discover a potential vulnerability within Brive, please report it privately to tech@bloggersminds.com. You agree not to exploit vulnerabilities, access unauthorized user data, or disrupt services.

21. DMCA & Copyright Policy

Brive complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work is being stored or served through Brive without authorization, submit a written notice to tech@bloggersminds.com including:

• A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The specific Brive media URL (e.g., https://brive.bloggersminds.com/m/...).
• Your contact details (email address, telephone number, and physical mailing address).
• A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized.

22. Reporting Abuse and Violations

If you encounter media, abusive traffic, or conduct on Brive that violates these Terms, report it directly to tech@bloggersminds.com.

23. Future Paid Features and Storage Tiers

While core Brive features are accessible, Brive may introduce paid storage tiers, enhanced API limits, or enterprise features in the future. Pricing schedules, billing terms, and refund policies will be presented prior to purchase.

24. Open Source Components

Brive utilizes open-source libraries and components under valid open-source licenses (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, or BSD). Respective license terms govern the use of those components.

25. Governing Law and Legal Venue

These Terms, their interpretation, and any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with Brive shall be governed by the laws applicable to the principal place of business of Blogger Mind, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We continuously maintain Brive. We reserve the right to modify, replace, upgrade, pause, or discontinue any feature, API endpoint, or storage tool at any time with or without notice.
